Yea, me too, ravenous. Different albums, different songs, bring out different emotions. Some heal me, some soothe me, some light my soul, some make me think, some make me react, etc., etc. It's the power of music. Exactly. And music is very very powerful. Its beautiful.

Maynard didn't necessarily change my life he inspired me to lead my life in a way that was based on my thoughts, passions, perceptions, and dreams. He inspired me to take all the pain in my life and learn something from it in a way that every experience will not be wasted. I have made the choice to not let any experience no matter how bad prevent me from sharing myself to the world and seeking my true self. I feel as though I made connection with maynard's pain and understand how sharing himself has allowed him to heal. He has also allowed others to begin healing from their pain too. I was inspired to approach my own pain the same way and I hope that I may help others also heal.

That's awesome, Julie. I was just talking to a friend on MySpace the other day about transforming pain into something positive. As far as I know, he hasn't heard a TOOL or an A Perfect Circle song in his life, but he reminds me so much of Maynard (or at least my ideal image of Maynard) that it's almost creepy.

I wouldn't be surprised if this friend of yours wasn't really into tool or a perfect circle the first time he heard it, but I bet after hearing a few songs he would find something he really liked and from there also love the music. Wow that was a long sentence
