To prepare for their upcoming European tour, and to introduce the legendary Terry Bozzio as their fill-in drummer (while Dave Lombardo is on the road with SLAYER), FANTOMAS will be playing an intimate warm-up show at the Troubadour in Los Angeles on June 6.
FANTOMAS, whose lineup also features former FAITH NO MORE singer Mike Patton, MR. BUNGLE bassist Trevor Dunn, and MELVINS guitarist Buzz Osborne, are touring in support of their latest release, "Suspended Animation", available now on Ipecac Records.
"Suspended Animation" features 30 tracks, each titled after a different day in the month of April. The first manufacturing run of the set features a 30-page spiral-bound calendar to house the CD, with artwork by Japanese cartoonist Yoshimoto Mara. Sprinkled throughout the typically schizophrenic music are a bevy of cartoon samples, including Bugs Bunny's famous rhetorical question, "Well, what did you expect in an opera? A happy ending?," which ends the disc.

nevermind..i fouind it...but yeah i do laugh when u speak...well i wouldnt call it speaking...i would call it 'making sounds with the big whole in your face'
smoke blunts...
anyways iwas up against the guard rail for fantamos....i didnt like em..just noise to me...then again i wanted to see TOOL so u could of thrown the SECOND best band in teh world before TOOL and i wouldnt really get that excited.....
Fantamos is liked by wes borland....u know the guy that jerkoed off fred durst

woah...i guess u didnt catch my sarcasm.....i cant believe u actually thought i was being serious...i was trying to catch a laugh but i guess since it is typing after all u cant really tell what im trying to say...
anyways....sorry if u misinterpreted my humor....
wes borland - yes in a guitar world article he mentions of really liking the band fantamos and he just gives the band mad props...
as for my personal beef with wes borland - i hate LB....always have always will...i just took a cheap shot at him with the fred durst thing (i really hate him too)
B - thats cool if u like fantamos...i just said IMO i dont care for them...
i enjoy coming to this site everday and if i offended u i am sorry....the "hole in ur face" is an inside joke me and my friends use...i think that it is actually funny that humans do have a big hole on their face they make sounds with...
as for the britany thing....uhhh i was again using humor..she said she laughs when i hear the song and as a jokingly reply (we chat online all the time) i said, "when u speak i laugh"
i dont know why u took that so seriously...and i dont know why i even have to explain all of this when there was any meaning of harm in what i was saying...
once again: i apologize for any confusion in my useage of words , i did not intend to piss off or insult anyone...i just wanted a laugh....if this is going to be the case then i will no longer use my unlaughable humor here....its all solved....

It's cool, money. Thanks for explaining. I'm usually pretty good at picking up on sarcasm, since it is one of favorite forms of humor.....but that "hole in ur face" comment really did sound like you were being a smart ass to B. I can't speak for B, but I don't think he was dissing you with his quote of yours. I think there was misunderstandings all around. But good to know we can talk about it and straighten things out. Thanks. Does this mean I don't get to watch any nude wrestling now? |

I didn't take it that seriously , mainly I found it ironic. (Since I thought that you where ripping britany for her SOAD opinnion) I didn't know where you were coming from with the "hole in your face" comment , but now that I know you where being sarcastic , its cool. Thanks for the explanation. And I agree , I don't care for Limp Noodle as well (or Fred Durst) though I think Wes is talented. Too bad he's wasteing his time with Limp Pickle |
