Heard this song a few day's ago and , not to be negative , it doesn't do anything for me . I guess I'm waiting in vein for a Badmotofinger/Rage Against The Machine combo that's nver going to come to pass This song is just tooo radio friendly . Nothing innovative or original in my opinion . Hopefully the album will have a few songs that are more to my liking.

I don't mind a little radio friendly, as long as it's a good song. And I like it.
RATM is done....get over it. Move on! ;D

It's not about moving on , it's about expectations and thats what I need to let go of

I heard this on the radio the other day too. Good song, but a little dull for their first single. I hope they drop something a little louder soon. I will still buy the album cause I like Cornell's voice.

No , I thought RATM was his first - also wasn't Zach supposed to have a solo album in the works ? I remember hearing a song about a year ago and haven't heard anything since
I have to admit that I liked the band more so than I did Zach , he could be too "rappy" sometimes (in my opinion)
And , I agree - I think their self titled album was their best effort as well

"Vocalist Zack De La Rocha was previously in a band called Inside Out and took the name "Rage Against the Machine" from Inside Out's second unreleased album." (from an audioslave website)
"Inside Out was the first band I ever fronted. I channeled all my pain through that band. It was about completely detaching ourselves from society to see ourselves as...as spirits, and not bowing down to a system that sees you as just another pebble on a beach." -Zack de la Rocha
Bastard, I would recommend you check out this album. Not rappy at all, imo. I'll see if I can find an audio link.
