Is anyone aware of the conspiracy that Russia helped get WMD's out of Iraw and into Syria?

Russia scares me. Whatever happened to the cold war. They just kind of slipped under our radar. Maybe planning some world domination plot??? Remember: the Germans came out of nowhere. They were just sitting around making bombs and guns and war machines and then all of a sudden WHAM-O world war, or actually two world wars. I hope Russia stays CALM. Are they an ally of us or anything? Obviously I know nothing of the Soviets or their country. Just that it's really cold there......
