Have you seen the news about California's newest sinkhole? Maynard said it best: "I can't imagine why you wouldn't welcome any change, my friend" Perhaps this hopeless fucking hole we call L.A. is finally being "flushed away"  |

What one are you talking about stinfist? There seems to be quite a few sinkholes: Since Thursday, 11 inches of rain have caused a 40-foot wide and 20- foot deep sinkhole on Olive Street in Irwindale.The yawning sinkhole on Tujunga Avenue in Sun Valley that began as a pothole grew to a 150-foot-diameter, 30-foot-deep crater Tuesday.Persistent rainfall and a ruptured drainage pipe combined today to create a yawning, tree-eating sinkhole alongside State Route 163 in Linda Vista, authorities reported.Several weeks ago, another sinkhole appeared in the same central San Diego district bordering Mission Valley.And those are just a few I found doing a very quick search and not even following up on all the results that showed up.
