I've got a phone number. I'll try calling and see if there is some problem with orders not getting out.
You would think they would send some update or status on the orders via e-mail to people.

Finally answerd my email and sent out today. This is what they wrote me : Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We have been having some email server problems this week. Your transaction took some investigative work on our part. For some reason the website is showing that Paypal did not authorize the transaction, however we checked with Paypal and they are in fact showing that they issued a transaction confirmation. Yea, I got the "e-mail server" problems response. They said they were not having any problems as far as getting orders out, just sending any confirmation e-mails.
Well, I hope you guys get yours soon.

I ordered mine before april. I got the receipt in my email so I know I ordered it. I just hope its not lost like the APC live cd I ordered a while back. I have no luck with buying off the internet.

I want to have this DVD too... Already mailed them how expensive it is to ship to Europe but got no answer  And there's no secure connection to type in the credit card number, that's not acceptable to me! Any other idea how I could purchase the DVD? |

If you have paypal, it would be easy to send me the money. (And probably a hell of a lot cheaper then what their shipping costs would be.) |

Thought Brad was okay but MJK was fucking awsome. The behind the scenes material was hilarious |

I just saw the movie and it was quite good...the end was very surprising, really! Nevertheless I regret that the movie is not longer. The special features are really funny...Maynard has such a great sense of humor  And the armadillo scene is definitely my favorite one...so hillarious! Thanks again Susan... big hugs, A. |
