Since VOG brought up karma..from the lovely group The Culture Club.. I just thought Id ask if anyody believes in karma...? I do to some extent but not in the way most think, I guess..

Can't say I really do believe in karma. At least, like you said Jennifer, not the way most people think of it.
I think of karma as "you reap what you sow". I don't think the universe hands out karma. I think you create your own karma, bad and good.

Self-Therapy:AFTER SURGERYcost: astronomical (luckily, the insurance paid most of it)  THE RESULTING SCAR (looks much worse in person) the cost: a bit of self esteem, bad memories and a hatred for what I called "my frankenstein foot".  PUTTING THE PAST BEHIND AND MAKING SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL OUT OF ITcost: yea, you got it......priceless.  |

ok erish i love ya man, but as soon as i read your post i was totally like "drrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr" sorry! at least i was honest and told you. haha but then again maybe it's not her foot so i shouldn't jump the gun......... hmmmmmmmmmmm *feels foolish* anyway i must say the finishing result was a very nice cover up. i love tattoos on feet. very sexy |

What a beautiful thing... May I asked what happened to your foot? Did something cut it? I think its amazing how we can turn something into being beautiful..Im glad you posted that pic:)

My Kanji symbols are God and Love.. I also have some other tatts.. I agree tattoos should be perfect and how you want them.. and meaningful:)
and Susan.. that is interesting.. we have similar tattoos... both flowers and kanji symbols...

I have another tattoo story. happened just yesterday: My colleague an I were sitting in the car and somehow he brought some tattoo-story up and I told him that my mom threatened me that if I'm going to get a tattoo she will refuse to talk to me for 2 years! (actually that was the reason why I never got one)! And then he jokingly said: "so therefore you got intimate piercings, huh?" And I answered: "yeah, that's exactly what I did!" First he didn't believe me and then he almost drove into the ditch! That was really funny...he said afterwards how high is the possibility that if you pose a rethorical question like that you will get a "yes, I really did that" as an answer?! ;D Unfortunately I had to put it out, so it's gone anyway!  Susan....you did a great camouflage, it looks really good, like the flower is growing through your toes  |
